Strings

Strings are a Pakistani Rock Band who have been making music since 1988. Strings released  “Aakhri Alvida” which was the soundtrack of Shootout At Lokhandwala.  Strings rosed to international fame with the release of their Fifth album, “Koi Aanay Wala Hai”. This album was co-produced by John Abraham and it topped charts in Pakistan and India and included soundtracks of the films like Shootout At Lokhandwala and Zinda.

Strings have done live performances at Hyderabad, Ahmedabad along with Indian band Indian Ocean. They later became the brand ambassadors for Levi’s Pakistan. Strings proved popular in Nepal and were named Asia’s favourite band at the MTV Asia Awards. They were the first Pakistani band to perform at Rashtrapati Bhavan. Their list of Awards include Best Band at MTV Music Awards 2009, Best Album at MTV Music Awards 2009, MTV Asia’s most favourite band in 2005,etc.
