Jaswinder Singh Bains was born on 1 April 1975 in Nawanshahr, Punjab. He is popularly known
as Jazzy Bains or Jazzy B, is a Punjabi language Bhangra singer-songwriter. His first album
was released in 1993 with an impressive name ÒGugiyan da JoraÓ with the rhythm of
Sukhwinder Shinda.
Shinda suggested him to move to England to make a prominent career in Punjabi music then he
decided to move to England, even at the cost of his college education. The multiple-award-
