About Gurdas Maan

Gurdas Maan is a singer, songwriter, choreographer, and actor who has been a part of the industry for close to four decades. In his long-standing career, Gurdas has recorded over 305 songs and has 34 albums to his credit. Gurdas first shot to fame through his song “Dil Da Mamla Hai” in 1980.

Maan is the only Punjabi singer to win the national award for Best Male Playback Singer at 54th National Film Awards. In 2009, he won “Best International Album” at the UK Asian Music Awards for Boot Polishan. In 2017, he won the “Filmfare Award for Living Legend” in the first Filmfare Awards Punjabi event.
