Fossils is one of the pioneering bands from Kolkata. Fossils changed into formed in 2000 as a difficult rock and psychedelic act. Fossils featured within the Rolling Stones India magazine in 2008. Band’s second album, entitled Fossils 2, changed into released in 2004 turned into then referred to because the Bengali band album with the highest price range to date. The band’s 0.33 studio album, entitled Mission F, turned into launched in 2006. It become a subject album for the first Kolkata Police Friendship Cup Football Tournament.  A special track, “Aeka Nauo”, devoted to HIV positive people, turned into included in the album. It featured Usha Uthup.
