mu first appeared on national television at the age of 13 in Amul STAR Voice of India, Chhote Ustaad in 2007. She started her career as a playback singer with the song “Ek Je Achhe Raja” in the Bengali film Khela (2008). And since then, she’s been a playback singer and composer in various languages like Bengali, Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, etc. Anweshaa also performed a ghazal “Benaam Khwahishein” at Coke Studio 5. She is the proud receiver of prestigious awards like Mirchi Music Awards, Star Pariwaar Awards, Garbar Bangali, and many many more. To date, she has sung for 500+ Indian movies.
